A complaint, pursuant to Article 2, letter t-bis) of ISVAP Regulation No. 24 of May 19, 2008, is defined as:
“a statement of dissatisfaction made against an insurance company regarding a contract or insurance service; requests for information or clarification, claims for compensation, or requests for contract execution are not considered complaints.”
According to letter t-ter), the complainant is defined as:
“a person entitled to file a complaint with the insurance company, such as the policyholder, the insured, the beneficiary, or the injured party.”
